Jamie thoroughly investigated a tricky problem and, after a few hours, found a solution. Being a subscription customer there was no charge. He was polite, tidy and undemanding. He also suggested a better, cheaper alternative setup which we will adopt.

We use JAM-TEK for all of our IT needs, We are quite nervous about our data and like the fact that these guys were the IT department for Suffolk Police before it all got moved to Norfolk. They just supplied fibre internet connection and complete VOIP system which we are particularly pleased with.
