JAM-TEK are very knowledgeable, professional people who helped Universal Converting Equipment move from an analogue phone system to a new a VoIP system and install a new leased line. Both parts of the project were a complete success which can be attributed to them entirely. Jamie thoroughly investigated a tricky problem and, after a few hours, found a solution. Being a subscription customer there was no charge. He was polite, tidy and undemanding. He also suggested a better, cheaper alternative setup which we will adopt.

We use JAM-TEK for all of our IT needs, We are quite nervous about our data and like the fact that these guys were the IT department for Suffolk Police before it all got moved to Norfolk. They just supplied fibre internet connection and complete VOIP system which we are particularly pleased with.

Great service by Mark at Jam overnight - really helpful and responsive people with a deep knowledge of Windows and MS Exchange programmes. Now back up and running again after a major IT glitch just before Xmas 2020.
